The city of Grambling, the Grambling Juneteenth Committee, and Lincoln Preparatory School are teaming up to offer a family-oriented, safe good time for the community’s youngsters on Halloween.
Several thousand miniature ghosts, goblins, witches, teddy bears, cartoon characters, princesses, and beasts from the great unknown are expected to descend on the Ruston Sports Complex Thursday evening for the city’s fourth annual Monster Mash.
