The Lincoln Parish Library Board of Control on Wednesday voted in support of a potential plan to adjust the millage rates of the library’s two ad valorem taxes for 2020 in such a way that will help the library pay off its bond debt without changing the total taxes residents have to pay.
It’s a question that every parent in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, and the nation as a whole, has been asking for weeks — “Should my child be in a classroom or be taught virtually?”
