A Choudrant man has been charged with aggravated cruelty to animals stemming from his apparently shooting a dog following a disagreement with his live-in girlfriend.
The Louisiana Methodist Children’s Home’s Howard School scored in the highest category during a recent Alternative Education Site Review by the Louisiana Department of Education ( LDOE). Because of Howard School’s high performance, LDOE designated Howard School an “ Exemplar” among Louisiana’s alternative schools.
