BATON ROUGE — Attorney General Jeff Landry wrote a letter to Gov. John Bel Edwards and Commissioner of Administration Jay Dardenne Wednesday asking the Office of Group Benefits (OGB) to refrain from pushing through a contract with Caremark PCS Health.
