In 1912, the Feazel Motor Co., owned by L.M. Feazel, W.W. Durden, and W.A. Marbury, was selling Fords, and in 1915 the Ruston Coca-Cola Bottling Co. started operation. Although 1915 was a short crop year for cotton (cotton barely brought three cents a pound on the streets of Ruston), something good did come of it.
