It is not often you get the opportunity to celebrate with classmates of 50 years during Commencement. The last class of Grambling College, 29 Golden Graduates, and their families came together for a once-in-a-lifetime class reunion at Grambling State University.
The North Central Louisiana Arts Council’s 2024 Peach Art Exhibit is on the way. Art submissions can be brought to the Lincoln Parish Library today from noon to 6 p.m. or Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

A Grambling man who went to the city’s fire department in the middle of the night to apparently try to pick a fight with a firefighter over an ex- girlfriend was arrested Wednesday on nine warrants including aggravated assault with a motor vehicle on a police officer.
