Only 1,000 tickets were available, and the drawing is 52-weeks long. The drawing will continue each Friday night through November. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, January 17, 2015, in the chapel at First Baptist Church, 508 Second Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457, for Mary Fay Watts Gallien, 91, who passed away on Friday, January 9, 2015, at St. Agnes Healthcare & Rehab Center in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. Mary was a career military spouse, a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed playing golf, going bowling, and fishing.

Home Going services for Bobby W. Williams of West Monroe, Louisiana will be held at 2: 00 p.m. on Saturday (January 17th) at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church #1, 239 Glenn Road, Dubach, Louisiana, where he was a member. MINUTES. CITY OF GRAMBLING, GRAMBLING, LOUISIANA. Monthly Meeting December 4, 2014 Mayor Edward R. Jones opened the regular session of the Grambling City Council at 6:15 p.m. at Grambling City Hall. Mr. William Arrington offered the invocation and led the council and congregation into the Pledge of Allegiance. Present were the following Council members: Birdex Copeland, Jr., Yanise Days, Cathy Holmes, Roy Jackson, and Cullen Jackson. Absent: None. It was moved by Council member Birdex Copeland and seconded by Council member Cullen Jackson to adopt the Minutes dated November 6, 2014.

William Ardis Lowrey was born August 21, 1929 in Lisbon, LA to Irene Clements and William Herbert Lowrey and passed away January 13, 2015.
