Police escapee recaptured

Police have apprehended Delano Owens, a Ruston man who escaped from police custody at the Grambling Police Department shortly after 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Owens was captured in the vicinity of Edgewood Drive and Eastland Avenue this morning.
