RPD seeks help finding missing teenager

The Ruston Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding a missing teenager.
Aaron Starr is 14 years old, approximately 5-8 and 189 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Aaron was last seen wearing all black clothing.
