Patsy and Charles Bourgeois celebrate diamond anniversary

Patsy and Charles Bourgeois of Ruston celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on June 9, at their home. They were married on June 9, 1962, at Our Lady of Good Counsel Chapel in Lake Charles. The intimate celebration was hosted by their five daughters, Deborah Bourgeois, Cynthia and Kelly Geroux, Terry and Kimble Sagrera, Lori and Bob French, and Betsy and Michael Dehart. Several of their grandchildren were also in attendance for this joyous occasion.

DEAR HARRIETTE: A man that I met on a dating app is much shorter than he let on in his dating profile. I feel that it isn’t right that he wasn’t honest about his true height. We ended up hitting it off very well, but it still bothers me that he lied to me during the chatting process. Is it rude of me to mention this?
