Justin Sevier was in Ruston to watch his son play in a baseball tournament at the city sports complex when he noticed a “for sale” sign on the property across the street.
The father of a 14-yearold Ruston girl is charged with cruelty to juveniles and domestic abuse child endangerment after he reportedly struck numerous times with a belt.
