Two Ruston men remain in jail today charged with attempted second-degree murder stemming from a spate of shooting incidents over the last month in the southeast part of the city.
NEW ORLEANS – House Bill 485, sponsored by Rep. Ken Brass, which created the Louisiana National Guard Patriot Scholarship Program, was signed into law by Gov. John Bel Edwards in June and went into effect this month.
