An argument during which a son threw a flowerpot at his father’s car ended with the younger man being tased twice after attempting to get away from Lincoln Parish sheriff’s deputies.
The city of Ruston has announced that weather permitting, N. Bonner Street between E. Georgia Avenue and E. Carolina Avenue will be closed to through traffic today from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The closure is necessary for utility repairs.
