Herbert Dabney Maxwell, Jr. (Dabney) passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2021, at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, following a brief illness. Dabney had relocated to Ruston following his retirement, after previously living and working in Webb, Mississippi.
