Members of Louisiana Tech University’s Phi Mu sorority were on hand at the annual Greek Banquet held in the Davison Athletics Complex when they were named 2021 Greek Chapter of the Year. To be eligible for the award, the chapter was required to submit an eight to 12-minute video describing why the chapter should be considered chapter of the year while covering the topics of recruitment and retention, scholarship, philanthropy, campus involvement, and membership education, development and participation throughout the pandemic.
There to accept the award were (top row, from left) Gracie Reichman, Sarah Gilmore, Kelsey Cupit, Korie Peyton, Bella Johnson, Anita Whitner; (middle row, from left) Julie Cupples, Sara Dozey, Emily-Claire Peden; and (bottom row, from left) Olivia Luke, Lydia Jett, Campus Experience Coordinator and Phi Mu Alumna Emily Poole, Bonnie Woods, Emily Webb, and Abby Webb. The chapter will hold the “traveling trophy” for a year before it is presented to the 2022 winner next spring.
