Family, friends honor Ronald Greene at vigil

Family and friends of Ronald Greene prayed, chanted and launched balloons Tuesday evening to mark the third anniversary of Greene’s death at the hands of Louisiana State Police.

About 25 people wearing T-shirts featuring Greene’s image and proclaiming “I’m your brother” placed small lighted candles on the pavement at the spot in the Crossroads Community where Greene died after troopers beat him.
