Library board passes millage rate recommendation

Special meeting of the Lincoln Parish Library Board of Control on April 8, 2021, to finalize a millage rate recommendation to the parish police jury for a property tax renewal to be placed on the Oct. 9 ballot.

The board met in a different room of the Events Center with inferior acoustics, so viewers may need to wear headphones or turn their devices to high volume to hear the speakers clearly.
