Dubach pair charged with rape involving juvenile

Two Dubach residents face multiple rape charges stemming from an incident that authorities say involved a juvenile.

Victoria Elain Munch, 25, and Timothy Dennis Burns, Jr., 44, were arrested Thursday by Lincoln Parish sheriff’s deputies.

Munch and Burns are each charged with five counts of first- degree rape and five counts of third-degree rape.

LPSO declined to release the age or sex of the victim, or circumstances surrounding the incident.

LPSO spokesman Lt. Matt Henderson said the arrests came after an approximately weeklong investigation.

Henderson said the investigation is ongoing.

Munch and Burns were booked into the Lincoln Parish Detention Center.

Burns is being held on $ 1.5 million bond, while Munch being held on $1,350,000 bond.
