Easter like none before

Church pews across Lincoln Parish will be uncharacteristically empty this Easter Sunday because of ongoing state and federal stay-at-home orders issued in an attempt to quell the novel coronavirus. A number of churches have turned to live streaming or other social media options, as well as stay-in-your-car parking lot services so that the faithful can stay connected although physically apart. Houses of worship typically have some of their biggest attendances on Easter Sunday.
