Louisiana Tech hosts STEM Day

STEM options at Louisiana Tech University were on full display during a special STEM Day last week hosted by the university’s SCILS Region 8 LaSTEM Center for students across the Louisiana Delta. Heath Tims, associate dean for undergraduate studies and associate professor of mechanical engineering, provided a tour of Tech’s innovative Integrated Engineering and Science Building before the students were hosted in the cutting edge Hinkley Virtual Anatomy Lab.
