At the Lincoln Parish Schools Student and Teacher of the Year Awards Gala Monday night, A. E. Phillips Laboratory School student Preston Parker (left), AEP student Chad Hamlin (middle) and Ruston High School student Amanda Meng were named District Students of the Year at the elementary, middle school and high school levels, respectively.
