RPD seeking suspects in tool heist

The Ruston Police Department is asking for help identifying this suspect caught on surveillance this week in a tool heist case.
Ruston police are asking for the public’s help in locating two suspects wanted for questioning in connection with the alleged theft of a $3,000 tool from a local electrical distributor.
The suspects, both Black males, were caught on surveillance video inside Consolidated Electrical Distributors, located on Commerce Street, around 1 p.m. Thursday, according to a press release issued Friday afternoon by Ruston Deputy Police Chief Chad Hamlin.
One suspect is described as having a medium build, dark hair, and wearing a gray hoodie, blue jeans, and white shoes.
The other suspect is also of medium build, bald, and appears to have a mustache. He was wearing a dark colored shirt, dark colored pants and jacket, and white shoes.
The suspects appeared to flee in a black sedan, possibly a Nissan Altima or Maxima, Hamlin said.
The vehicle was last seen heading north on Farmerville Highway.
