Ruston Main Street business awards

Five downtown Ruston businesses are the winners of the inaugural Ruston Main Street business awards. The awards, set to be given annually, were presented Thursday during the group’s monthly meeting. From left are Elton Taylor, Louisiana Tech University Main Street representative; Stacey Faulkner and Megan Falkner, with Garden Baby, winners of the 2022 Downtown Business of the Year award; Adam Williams, with The Limitless Grooming Lounge, winner of the New Downtown Business of the Year award; Louise and Ron Adams, with The Fabric Shop of Ruston, winner of the Historic Preservation award; Desi Bourgeois, with Heard Freighthouse Food Park, winner of the Downtown Difference Maker award; and Amy Stegall, Main Street Director and Community Coordinator. The award winners were selected by Main Street members.
