Severe storm downs trees in Lincoln Parish

The severe thunderstorm that rolled through Lincoln Parish Tuesday night downed several trees, like this one on Frazier Road north of Ruston, and caused spotty power outages but appears to have done no structural damage, according to the parish office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness. The storm also set off the Ruston tornado siren.
