Tech Drive, Alabama trees removed

Louisiana Tech University is removing the trees that long lined Tech Drive and Alabama Avenue near where the two streets intersect. Officials said many of the trees were damaged by the 2019 tornado. New trees will be planted along Alabama, while new light poles for increased accessibility and safety will be added on the Tech Drive side.
