Tech Pointe II construction continues

Work continues on the steel framing of what will become Tech Pointe II, the latest expansion of Louisiana Tech’s Enterprise Campus. The $15 million building on the corner of Dan Reneau Drive and Homer Street is nearly four months into its expected 15-month construction. Tech Pointe II is primarily designed to provide space for Tech’s corporate office tenants, like its nearby sister, the original Tech Pointe.
