Man caught with juvenile in Ruston park charged with felony

A Monroe man was arrested at a Ruston city park early Saturday morning after reportedly having oral sex in his car with a 15-year-old female.

K’Darius Jackson, 22, is charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile and felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

According to Jackson’s arrest affidavit, Ruston city police officers were out with the vehicle at the park when one of the officers noticed the teenager had her pants on backwards. Her undergarments were discovered on the rear floorboard.

The victim supposedly told officers she and Jackson were kissing and caressing each other, but that they had not had intercourse.

Jackson reportedly later admitted to officers at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center that he and the victim had oral sex.
