Norma Jean Schodlatz

Funeral services for Norma Jean Schodlatz, 81, of Ruston will be held at the Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel of Ruston on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at 2 p.m. Officiating will be Father Charles Ssennyondo.

Visitation will be prior to the service at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Ruston, from 1-2 p.m.

Interment will be later at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Jackson Center, Pennsylvania.

Norma Jean was born in Jackson Center, Pennsylvania, and passed away in Ruston. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents Norman and Alma Pearl Oakes.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband Bill Schodlatz, Jr., of Ruston; sons, Bill Schodlatz III, of Paris Illinois, and Mike Schodlatz, wife, Kimberly of Terre Haute, Indiana; grandchildren, Ryan, Briley, Kolar, and Parker Schodlatz; one brother, Jim Oakes; and one sister, Ruth Shannon; and numerous nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
