Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, 20 November, 2013, beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to Writ:

IN SAID FENCE REPRESENTING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THIS PARCEL; THENCE LEAVING SAID FENCE LINE FOR A BEARING OF WEST AND DISTANCE OF 209.08 FEET AND BACK TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF HEREIN DESCRIBED PARCEL OF LAND CONTAINING 0.500 ACRE OF LAND
Seized as the property of defendant MANCHELLE BEARD and will be sold to satisfy said writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash WITH benefit of appraisement. This 8 day of October, 2013.
