Ruston’s water and light department isn’t exactly like a retail business, but it has thousands of paying customers. In an effort to make life easier for those customers, and to ensure the best use of its own human resources, the water and light department has added three new billing options.

All of the choices — online payment, prepayment and electronic monthly statements — are good opportunities to have available.
