Group works to teach etiquette to today’s youth

Social etiquette and manners are not mere words for Glenda Island, department head of family and consumer science at Grambling State University, they are a way of life.

On Feb. 15, Island, family and consumer science graduate students and the Child Development Tiger Pack students provided an etiquette workshop for the Ethel Mae Movers and Shakers (EMMS) Youth Group in partnership with the Irene Circle Women’s Ministry.
