Healthy results take consistency

For many people working out is something they decide to do sporadically and without much thought.

With the mindset of “Oh, I ate that huge piece of cake, I need to go to the gym and get on the elliptical for an hour,” many results are not seen.

Oftentimes people are inconsistent with their workout regimes and do not pay much attention to the foods they are consuming — not knowing this plays a large role in a person’s overall health.
