New funeral home to open in Ruston

Ruston’s Planning and Zoning Commission has approved a conditional use application from Paradise Funeral Homes to open a local facility in a former church building on South Vienna Street.

Commissioners voted unanimously Monday night to grant the request of the Arcadia-based company that wishes to enter into a one-year lease with Campus Community Assembly of God, located at 2505 S Vienna St.
