New Year’s resolutions typically mean people are hitting the gym, health food stores or trying to kick a bad habit.

But for the many who don’t create a resolution, it doesn’t mean they don’t want to better themselves. To me it means that those people always want to better themselves not just for a temporary time.

You may be wondering where I am going with this tiny rant. Well my gym recently opened its new facility.

Let me just say it’s amazing. With extra equipment and more room the possibilities are endless.
