Efficiency, comfortableness and a better overall police department is what Grambling State University Interim Police Chief Howard Caviness and Executive Assistant to the Chief of Police Lari Talbert said they wanted to improve on at the university’s police department.

GSU’s police department recently went through a makeover on the first floor of the building thanks in part by a Title 3 Grant.

The renovations were done inside the police department’s communication room, which will now house Cardinal Tracking, a new communication system.
