Lincoln Center School team recognized for United Way contributions

The Special Education, Pupil Appraisal and Youth Rescue Center at the Lincoln Center School team was recently recognized as the top site to have the highest percentage of United Way of Northeast Louisiana givers amongst 17 sites across the parish with 67 percent of their staff contributing to the Pacesetter Campaign.

Of the 36 employees at the location, 24 raised $6,351 or an average of $265 per person.

Overall, the Lincoln Parish school district faculty, staff and administration helped raise $78,461 during the campaign, which was $26,000 more than last year’s campaign.
