Huddleston, Rindt wed at Bayou Landing

Jessica Huddleston, of Flowood, Mississippi, and Darren Rindt, of Crossett, Arkansas, were united in holy matrimony at 5 p.m. Dec. 2 at Bayou Landing in Monroe.

Officiating the ceremony was the Rev. Aaron Dickinson.

The bride is the daughter of Todd and Tracy Huddleston, of Flowood, Mississippi; and is the granddaughter of Charles and Jean Dumas, of Ruston; Genelle Trahan, of Weston; the late Sonny Trahan; and the late Lloyd Huddleston.

The groom is the son of Phil and Jamie Rindt, of Crossett, Arkansas; and the grandson of Wayne and Pat Ammerman, of Arkansas City, Kansas; and the late E.A. and Evelyn Rindt.

Escorted by her father, Todd Huddleston, the bride wore a white wedding gown featuring a striking back cut-out and embellished with a delicate, beaded belt hand-sewn onto the gown by the bride’s grandmother, Jean Dumas. The bride carried a hand-tied bouquet of white roses, burgundy Clemons and eucalyptus with a blue broach of her great-grandmother’s pinned to the stems.

Maid of Honor was Haley Plunkett, of Oak Grove. Bridesmaids were Ali Rindt, of Crossett, Arkansas; Gracie Turbevill, of Flowood, Mississippi; and Kaylee Carruth, of Flowood, Mississippi.

They carried hand-tied bundles of white and quick sand roses and eucalyptus.

Best Man was Kolby Stewart, of Crossett, Arkansas. Groomsmen were Kyle Carlson, of Arkansas City, Kansas; and Chase Carlson, of Crossett, Arkansas.

Ushers were Joshua Huddleston, of Memphis, Tennessee; Jacob St. John, of Monroe; and Alex Robinson, of Monroe.

Flower girls were Daphne and Isabel Carlson, of Arkansas City, Kansas.

Ring bearer was Conner Carlson, of Crossett, Arkansas.

After the ceremony, a reception was held Bayou Landing.

On Dec. 1, the groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Geno’s Italian Restaurant in Monroe.

After a honeymoon in Rosemary Beach, Florida, the couple will reside in Monroe.
