Have you ever been punched in the face? If you have, do you remember what it felt like? Did you see stars or was it more of a blackout? Did you fall back against the wall, fall down on the ground or did you fall to your knees?

If you have never been hit in the face, try to imagine what that might be like. Statistics say that one in three women will be a victim of serious physical abuse sometime in her life. Many of those women will have endured physical, emotional and verbal abuse for a long time. Some for a lifetime.
