Funeral Services for James Franklin McCarter, 70, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, 2019, at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Ruston. Interment will immediately follow at the George W. Carver Cemetery in Ruston. Visitation was held from 1 - 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 2019, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Arcadia, LA. Services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home, Arcadia Location.
