Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, 18 July, 2018, beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to Writ:
PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE AND 47/100 DOLLARS ($26,551.47), PLUS ACCRUED INTEREST THROUGH APRIL 10,2018 OF $292.43, WITH INTEREST ACCRUING ON THE PRINCIPAL BALANCE OF $26,551.47 AT THE RATE OF 6.59% PER ANNUM FROM APRIL 11, 2018 UNTIL PAID, LATE CHARGES OF 236.75, PLUS REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES OF UP TO 25% OF THE AMOUNT DUE AND FOR ALL COSTS OF THESE PROCEEDINGS
COMMENCING AT AN EXISTING 1/2-INCH REBAR LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 16 OF UNIT 1 OF FOXCROFT SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN PARISH, LOUISIANA, AND RUN THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 16 FOR A DISTANCE OF 77.62 FEET TO A 1/2 INCH REBAR; THENCE RUN SOUTH FOR A DISTANCE OF 319.09 FEET TO A 1/2 REBAR; THENCE RUN SOUTH 07 DEGREES 31 MINUTES 07 SECONDS EAST FOR A DISTANCE OF 79.77 FEET TO A 1/2 INCH REBAR SET ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 16; THENCE RUN NORTH 78 DEGREES 28 MINUTES 00SECONDS WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 16 AND LOT 17 FOR A DISTANCE OF 183.77 FEET TO A 1/2 INCH REBAR; THENCE, LEAVING THE SOUTH LINE SAID OF LOT 17, FOR A DISTANCE OF 361.43 FEET TO A 1/2 REBAR ON THE NORTH OF LOT 17; ALONG THE NORTH LINE SAID LOT FOR A 92.00 FEET, AND BACK TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 1.484 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. (MUNICIPAL ADDRESS-162 TALLY HO LANE, RUSTON, LOUISIANA 71270), TOGETHER WITH ONE (1) 2002 SOUTHERN ENERGY 16 FOOR BY 80 FOOT MANUFACTURES HOME, WHICH HAS THERETOFORE BEEN IMMOBILIZED UPON THE HEREIN ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
Seized as the property of defendant BRADLEY CAMPBELL WOODS and will be sold to satisfy said writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash WITHOUT benefit of appraisement. This 11 day of July, 2018.
