Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, 6 March, 2019, beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to Writ:
BEGINNING AT THE SW CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF SE 1/4 SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP, 18 NORTH, RANGE 2 WEST, AND RUN NORTH TO THE SOUTH LINE OF GRAVEL ROAD A DISTANCE OF 465.4 FEET, THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF GRAVEL ROAD FOR A DISTANCE OF 391 FEET, THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 188 FEET FOR A STARTING POINT, FROM THE STARTING POINT RUN SOUTH TO OLD RUSTON LONGSTRAW ROAD A DISTANCE OF 188 FEET, THENCE SE ALONG SAID ROAD A DISTANCE OF 53 FEET, THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 206 FEET, THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 50 FEET TO STARTING POINT; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHT-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY
Seized as the property of defendant JAMES STANLEY CLEMONS and will be sold to satisfy said writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash WITH benefit of appraisement. This 27 day of February, 2019.
