Barbara Anne Bassett-Hayes 

Barbara Anne Bassett-Hayes passed away unexpectedly on December 4.

Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. She is survived by her husband Scott Hayes, son Wesley Gomes and Niece/daughter Savannah Bassett, mother Phyliss and sisters Anne and Susan.

Barbara was born in Holliston, Mass and traveled the world with her family growing up. Raised mostly in northern California where she settled and married. Once again, she was on the road with her husband traveling the U.S. and relocating in several different states, finally here in Louisiana in 2008. Barbara was loved by my many friends and family throughout her life, she touched so many people with her kindness. She will be missed greatly by all.
