Garrett honored at RHS

The Ruston High School female Student-Athlete of the Month for September is Lily Garrett. Excelling at cross country this season, Garrett has led the Lady Bearcats to four top-three finishes, and the team is ranked in the top five in the state. She has also won three individual titles this seson. With Garrett (middle) are Kim Dupree of State Farm (sponsor) and cross country coach Dustin Cochran.
