Trunk or Treat at The Bridge

The Bridge Community Church held a Trunk or Treat event Saturday in which various groups in the church were encouraged to decorate a car trunk and line the parking lot to pass out candy to the crowds of children who participated. Former Louisiana Tech baseball star and current Kansas City Royals Minor League player Parker Bates (right) and Taylor Heiden dressed up as Fred and Daphne from Scooby Doo and decked out a Mystery Machine trunk.
