Karl Oran Lamar Hunter

Burial services for Mr. Karl Oran Lamar Hunter will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 21 at the Grambling Memorial Gardens, U.S. Hwy 80, Grambling, LA, 71245.

Born in Lorman, Mississippi, Karl was the youngest son of Dr. Robert W. Hunter, Sr and Ann Lloyd (Harris) Hunter.

He was the youngest brother of Robert Hunter, Jr, all of Grambling.

His parents and his brother preceded him in death.

Karl passed on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020, while residing at Durant Nursing Care in Durant, MS.

He recently resided in Durant, MS, where he was a loved member of the Holmes County community and attended Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church.

There will be a repast immediately following the burial at Lewis Temple C.M.E. Church at 301 Main Street, Grambling, LA, 71245.
