Lee Barham
Lee was an outstanding son, brother, friend, and co-worker to any and all who knew him. He loved his family dearly, but moved for his big life adventure to Maui, Hawaii in 2005.
He lived in Maui for the last 15 years and spoke fondly of his friends and co-workers at Bayer. Maui was his home.
The last several days, we have heard from many people who expressed true sympathy for Lee and our family in this time of loss. We can see that he was truly respected and admired by many.
One of Lee’s favorite things to do was to call his sister, Jennifer, on a really cold day in Louisiana and relay a weather report from Maui. He loved to tell her that he was going swimming at the beach after work while we froze in Louisiana.
Lee is preceded in death by his mother, Louise F. Barham.
He is survived by his father, William G. Barham, sisters, Jennifer Blake and husband (Tony Blake) of Ruston, Louisiana, Tommie Barham, and Lindsey Barham both of Monroe, Louisiana, and host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
At this time the funeral arrangements will include a private family graveside service. There will also be memorial service to take place in Maui, Hawaii at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Howard School c/o The Methodist Children’s Home P. O. Box 929 Ruston, Louisiana. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com.
