Funeral services for the Honorable Willie W. Payne, 64, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday Oct. 19, 2019, at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Spearsville, where the Rev. James Douglas is pastor. Interment will immediately follow at the Beech Grove Cemetery in Spearsville. Visitation will be held from 2 - 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, 2019, at the Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Services are entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home, Farmerville.
