Three Lincoln parish baseball programs earned a spot in the 2024 postseason with the Louisiana High School Athletic Association releasing the brackets Tuesday.

Game dates and times have not been finalized as of Tuesday.

Choudrant

Perennial state championship contenders in Class B, Choudrant has made the playoffs once again, this time as the No. 15 seed in Division V nonselect. The Aggies (12-16) will host No. 18 Hackberry (12-11) in the first round. The winner will travel to No. 2 Weston (19-13).

Choudrant has made the state tournament three straight years and has won at least one playoff game for eight straight seasons.

Cedar Creek

For the first time since 2019, the Cougars (15-18) have secured a spot in the playoffs as the No. 17 seed in Division IV select. Creek will travel to No. 16 Hanson Memorial in the first round.

The Cougars went 4-2 over their last six regular season games to fight their way into the postseason field.

Simsboro

The Tigers (13-13) earned the No. 17 seed in the Division V nonselect field, traveling to No. 16 Florien in the first round. The winner travels to No. 1 Pitkin (21-3) in the second round.

Simsboro won three of its last four games to make the playoffs, bouncing back from an eight-game losing streak in late March. The Tigers will try to win their first playoff game since 2015.
