Lincoln Parish residents who are not registered to vote but who want to participate in the July 11 presidential preference primary, and voters who are registered but want to make changes in their registration, have until Wednesday to do so in person at the Lincoln Parish Registrar of Voters office or the local Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles office.
