The head of the Louisiana State Police pleaded with the public on Thursday to submit any tips, video and “bit of intelligence” they may have to help solve the two recent fatal shootings on the Grambling State University campus.
Grambling State University has sent an email to students reminding them that visitation policies and other rules already on the books regarding residental life will be strictly enforced.
Authorities have identified the man who died in a Saturday night shooting near a party venue on Shaman Road as 23-year-old Zelanz Richard French, of Shreveport.
